Descripción del trabajoDefine and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer pain points. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality products. Define detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Serve as the primary contact for all product-related matters. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product goals. Present product updates and performance metrics to senior management and other key stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities and strategic business initiatives. Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure a seamless user experience through regular enhancements and exceptional support. Design and manage API solutions tailored to business clients. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver effective product solutions.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in fintech or financial services and expertise in B2B APIs. You’ll oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Job Type : Full-time / Permanent

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of product management experience in fintech or financial services.
- Proven experience with B2B APIs.
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.
