Your role

The role is within the environment of our Enterprise Tools, the Product Owner of the Salesforce Service Cloud domain is responsible for maximising the value of these tools by means of, amongst others, effective backlog management and the evolution of these tools within the SD Worx product landscape.

As a member of an international team, the product owner is working closely together with internal stakeholders, the product team as well as other teams to create user stories and to prioritize these for the team, thereby considering the support that must be delivered on the yet existing tools and the future plans. Together with the team you take the end-to-end responsibility to further evolve the tools and you follow up on projects from start to finish.

The Salesforce Service Cloud team is responsible for the service management in our enterprise value chain meaning that all questions of our customers around the services they have bought from us are coming through this tool and then are distributed to the correct persons in the company that need to follow up or answer these questions. The focus is thus making sure that customers’ requests are handled by someone in SD Worx for all countries that we are active in.
