Consultor Senior

Objetivo : Asesorar y acompañar a candidatos de forma grupal / individual en su transición profesional de la manera más efectiva y productiva en tiempo, garantizando la calidad del servicio y siguiendo la metodología LHH.

Funciones principales :

Asesorar al candidato de manera personalizada en todas las fases de su proyecto de búsqueda para asegurar que dispone de las herramientas y recursos necesarios para trabajar en su estrategia : autoanálisis, herramientas de comunicación tanto oral como escrita, investigación de mercado, gestión de su conexiones y entrevista.

Impartición de seminarios y realización de consultorías individuales / grupales en formato virtual y / o presencial en función de los requisitos del programa. Alineación del asesoramiento con la metodología LHH y adaptación a la tipología de los diferentes colectivos bajo su responsabilidad.

Garantizar la calidad en el servicio de consultoría.

Captación de ofertas e información que ayuden en la recolocación del colectivo, colaborando con el Departamento de Prospección para su correcta gestión.

Mantener la información actualizada en la herramienta de gestión interna de la Compañía.

Realización de informes en el formato definido por el Project Manager junto con el Cliente o Departamento Comercial a cargo de la cuenta.

Requisitos :

Valorable Grado en Psicología u otras licenciaturas afines.

Se valorará experiencia de 5 a 8 años en áreas de Recursos Humanos, Empresas de Consultoría, Headhunter y ETT, u orientación laboral en instituciones.

Se valorará disponer de carnet de conducir.

Nivel alto de inglés.
