Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership :

Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Oversee the expansion of the team from its current size to 30 employees within the next 18 months.

Foster a company culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Recruit, retain, and develop top talent, with a particular focus on hiring an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Plant Manager, and other key positions.

Provide leadership and direction to the executive team and all employees.

Implement performance management processes to ensure team members meet personal and organizational goals.

Ensure the design and construction of a manufacturing plant for the production of Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEAs), stacks, and systems.

Ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Oversee supply chain management and production processes.

Drive fundraising efforts to secure the next round of financing to support company growth and development.

Manage relationships with investors, stakeholders, and the board of directors.

Develop and manage the company’s budget, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

Represent Kerionics at industry events, conferences, and meetings with potential clients and partners.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
