Marsh Spain is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Madrid office :

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE ANALYST

Join a young and dynamic team that supports all 3 Mercer lines of businesses;
Work closely with our more senior colleagues from Mercer and Marsh;
Get to know different clients and realities, becoming a trusted advisor to the business.

We will count on you to :

Advise our consultants and the business with all related legal and compliance matters;

Support on projects and clients contracts management;

Guarantee that all our registrations on providers platforms are compliant;

Identify risks within our lines of businesses on consulting projects;

Escalate more complex situations to our external consultants;

International compliance reporting and align global guidelines to local reality and law.

What you need to have :

Bachelor's degree in Law;

Experience and knowledge on corporate law, GDPR, AML and Insurance;

At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;

Advanced English level (minimum B2) and native Spanish;

Great sense of ethics and integrity;

Be able to translate technical language to non-lawyers;

Results oriented and confident speech.
