For the Hyper Automation division within Incentro, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Integration Developer who wants to contribute to the further development of the Hyper Automation team. You'll be part of the driven Hyper Automation cell, rapidly evolving with passion and dedication evident in projects and the team. About you

With a good sense of business and technology, you're already on the right track. To provide more direction on what we're looking for :

• 3+ years of work experience in software development, with at least 1 year in RPA / Automation / Integration / Low code
• Experience with at least one of the following tools : Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft, or another integration platform
• HBO bachelor's or master's degree, with a focus on business and / or IT as a preference (e.g., Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, or Information Management)
• Programming experience, low-code, and preferably Ruby
• Open to new innovative ways of creating solutions
• Passion for solving complex business / IT problems
• Ability to see "the bigger picture" when it comes to solutions
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to learn a lot in a short period
