As a Service Relationship Manager, you will be passionate about service and dedicated to putting our client's needs at the center of everything you do. You will excel at developing relationships across a global geography and act as the voice of the client, advocating for them within the business. Your role will involve leading service improvements across the end-to-end client journey to deliver value and foster client loyalty. You will provide measurable improvements, develop creative solutions, and work collaboratively by orchestrating and influencing partners across markets and teams. As the operational single contact point for clients, you will ensure consistency and simplicity in client engagement, making it easy to work with us. Managing client escalations through to successful resolution, you will support and influence client partners, gaining a deep understanding of their business, solutions, and needs. You will identify opportunities to develop our business and service relationships, sharing best practices within your client's environment. As our market service expert, you will oversee our Service Level Agreement documentation, support deal processes, and assist with custom client support requests by understanding client needs, proposing appropriate options, and engaging relevant areas for guidance and approval.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing service reviews and develop workable improvement plans.
- Support sales opportunities and account plans as a trusted client partner, influencing NPS targets.
