Reporting To : Talent Acquisition Leader, EMEA South
Location : Budapest, Hungary preferred or Sofia, Bulgaria
Language Requirements : Fluent English & Spanish Language skills are essential. Additional language skills would be beneficial
How will you make an impact?
Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Switzerland including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.
This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes / CV's, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.
What will you do?
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
- Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager
- Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy
- Proactively sourcing talent
- Conducting telephone screen interviews with candidates
- Facilitating debrief meetings
- Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers
- Building Talent Pipelines
- Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process
- Participate in projects as needed
