SIX operates a central, important infrastructure for the Swiss and Spanish financial center. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a Storage Engineer with a penchant for automation and attention to detail. Are you familiar with the latest NetApp and Hitachi storage systems features and would like to automate repetitive tasks? Then we are looking for you!

Our team bundles the competencies of centralized high-end storage with block, file and object protocols in several locations across the globe. You can expect exciting work in a standardized environment in which we attach great importance to modern technologies. Your participation in international projects where your opinion and expertise is in demand will shape our future architecture and infrastructure worldwide.

What You Will Do

• Actively develop and improve our NetApp and Hitachi storage platforms to meet the high demands of our customers.
• Implement our solutions based on these vendors in Spain datacenters.
• Constantly evaluate and optimize security configurations in our storage environments.
• Support colleagues in the block, file, and object storage area.
• Analyze and rectify faults in the area of responsibility (second and third level support, performance tuning) including on-call service.
