Key Responsibilities :
As a Technical Support Advisor , your duties will include :
- Resolving hardware, software, and application issues remotely for customers.
- Initiating on-site support when remote fixes are not possible.
- Keeping customers updated on their case status.
- Documenting case histories and interactions in our CRM for seamless handovers and reporting.
- Contributing to our Knowledge Management System (KMS) by sharing insights with the team.
- Assisting Care Center Agents and customers with product specifications, maintenance routines, and technical guidance.
- Providing support to Field Service Engineers during on-site troubleshooting when needed.
