Hitachi Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer. This role is responsible for focusing on various improvement projects. Responsibilities include managing projects and working independently with limited supervision. Reports to the Production Manager.

We are hiring an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our team at the Tank Shop in Galindo. In this role, you will be part of the Tank manufacturing team, where you will be in charge of various improvement projects for production. A good technical analysis of the tank manufacturing process, correct responses to the needs of the production team, and coordination with other departments will be essential for this job. How you’ll make an impact

• Pursue initiatives to improve the effectiveness of production through different improvement and investment projects.
• Follow up closely on all improvement projects, measuring quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
• Comfortably operate in a fast-paced environment with the ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines and improvement project demands with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Be a critical thinker with strong influencing skills; self-aware and open and receptive to feedback.
• Manage improvement projects in manufacturing, including different project stakeholders.
