Eviden Spain is looking for SAP Program Manager .

Responsibilities and Requirements :

• Minimum of 10 years of SAP project management experience.
• Previous experience managing technology project teams.
• Technical Competencies : SAP knowledge, including familiarity with SAP integration with other systems and technology tools.
• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (SAP Activate, ASAP).
• Experience with data migration, configuration, and customization of SAP modules.
• Project Management : Experience in agile and / or waterfall methodologies for project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Skills in project lifecycle management : from scope definition and planning to execution, control, and closure.
• Planning and Organization : Ability to define detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and establish key milestones.
• Ability to identify potential risks and design contingency plans.
• Budget management and cost control to ensure projects stay within established financial limits.
• Leadership and Team Management : Ability to lead and motivate project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate communication and collaboration between different team members and departments.
• Experience in conflict resolution and decision making under pressure.
• Experience in designing training plans for the team.
• Stakeholder Management : Effective communication with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
• Experience in project progress reporting and presentation of results to senior management.
• Communication Skills : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to make presentations and conduct meetings.
• Problem Solving : Ability to identify complex problems and design effective solutions in the context of SAP projects.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in project requirements and handle unforeseen situations.
• Results Orientation : Commitment to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Focus on quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Educational Background : University degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications in SAP and / or project management are highly desirable.
• Spanish and English language proficiency is mandatory.
