Position Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service representative. The successful candidate will provide critical support by answering phone calls, managing customer information in the CRM, scheduling calls for service technicians, and handling data entry tasks. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on delivering excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer customer calls and take accurate information into the CRM.
- Route calls to field technicians when specialized support is needed.
- Schedule appointments for service technicians and coordinate with the operations team.
- Conduct data entry from scanned forms into the CRM.
- Maintain spreadsheets with operational data and track service requests.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
