• Reputation Management : Contribute to improving our Trustpilot reviews and enhancing overall company NPS through exceptional service.
• Effective Communication : Flag and escalate customer queries while developing suitable solutions.
• Process Improvement : Map and refine business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.
