Global Implementation Program Manager

Descripción del trabajoMonitor and manage client relationships and satisfaction at the headquarters level throughout implementation. Provide a consultative approach to resolve potential issues that could hinder timely and satisfactory program completion. Ensure a high-quality transition from implementation to service for all products / services. Represent success at the HQ level. Participate in business improvement projects, support pre-engagement meetings with clients and prospects. Develop and enhance strategic business partnerships, building trust with key decision-makers to understand their business and documentation needs. Understand client objectives to set clear program goals for project teams. Coordinate with other ADP teams on all products for status updates. Develop, produce, and manage the Program Charter to ensure timely achievement of goals across all countries and services. If no GPD scope, organize and lead steering committees and stakeholder meetings to review program status, discuss issues, risks, and mitigation plans. Report to client HQ, internal stakeholders, including global program directors and third parties like system integrators. Coordinate and act as an escalation point during implementation. Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and contractual commitments. Mentor and coach colleagues, providing timely feedback to ensure standards are met. Stay updated on ADP product roadmap and services, providing feedback for improvements. Survey each go-live within a month for feedback, assess client satisfaction, and develop action plans for residual issues. Occasionally act as a sales support agent to advise on solution fit during the sales process. Use data and logic to improve project team performance and operations. Over 6 years’ experience in implementing global payroll or HR projects. Proven experience in program and project management. Strong communication skills, adaptable to all levels. Enthusiasm and ability to facilitate virtual international meetings. Experience working in complex environments and governance structures. International cultural awareness and ability to work in a multinational environment. Understanding of HR / Payroll processes and high-level concepts. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

The Global Implementation Program Manager is fully responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ADP Celergo’s global implementation programs. The Program Manager acts as the client Account Owner throughout the implementation journey, serving as the single point of contact for the Client’s Program leadership. They will ensure all project teams are equipped to deliver their projects in line with the program rollout, scope, and budget.
Role Objectives
- Serve as ADP's single point of contact with the client (HQ / Program leadership) for the global implementation program.
- Manage efficient global implementation programs of ADP Celergo, involving multiple ADP products and / or services (e.g., ADP Workforce Manager, ADP Integration solutions, Payment Support Services) across the client organization, typically spanning >
10 countries and multiple services, or >
20 countries with a maximum of one additional service.
