We are currently looking for a Digital Business Manager / Director

Our partner,  based in Barcelona, specializes in creating digital products and services, focusing on web and mobile experiences for businesses . Their services cover the entire digital lifecycle, from innovation and product launch to optimization, offering expertise in areas like user-centered design, eCommerce platforms, and conversion rate optimization . They have a strong track record in boosting business outcomes through customized digital solutions.

The Role and the mission :

The Digital Business Manager / Partner will be responsible for developing his area and the relationship with each client;  managing the team needed for each project. The studio will provide the structure (human resources, operations, recruitment, finance, communication…) in order to ensure a maximum dedication of each partner to their clients and team, and a network of experts in key areas (Motion, UX / UI, Creativity, research & tech), available when necessary in order to maximize the chance of success in each project.

We need :

• More than 5-7 years of experience in positions such as digital business manager or director with a strong sales profile.
• Responsible for acquisition and new digital business with companies and partners, for the design and development of their business strategies and digital products. (hunter - sales profile)
• Experience in team leadership (cross)
• Sr experience  leading digital product innovation projects for a top leader partners.
• Senior digital business manager / director already running their own consulting business and willing to grow.
• Senior digital business manager / director in a top tech company (+10 years) looking for taking more ownership in a company.
