Responsibilities :
- Aggregation off all the payment requests in the Tracker, оversee the incoming payments, update the Tracker
- Ensure that the payment process is in line with the internal policies (the necessary documents are attached, the expense was budgeted, etc)
- Proceed with all the payments on a regular basis
- Communication with all the CPs, make reconciliations when needed
- Journal entries for all the bills to the internat System, bank synchronizations on a regular basis
- Making entries to the Accounting system
- Control over bank accounts, maintain the necessary balance on them
- Participation in automatization processes in the according area of responsibility.
