MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions operates as a business unit of Element Solutions Inc (NYSE : ESI). Element Solutions Inc is a leading specialty chemicals company whose businesses supply a broad range of solutions that enhance the products people use every day. MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an Account Manager in Valencia, Alicante or Castellon to join our team! Who are you?

  • You are a person that knows how to identify and generate new business opportunities through outside sales activities, including cold calls, prospecting, relationship building, and client retention.
  • You keep abreast of the changes in competitors and market drivers!
  • You make sure strategy plans are finalized and that the company obtains opportunities for projects in the region of your responsibility.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing existing accounts by building relationships and site visits.
  • Bringing on board new customers by the development of your area.
  • Collaborating with Customer Service Team.
  • Participating in Company presentations and technical discussions.
  • Forecasting of competitors costs including identifying competitor strategies, execution philosophies and capabilities.
  • Who are You?

    You are a fluent Spanish speaker with good communication skills in English who is eager to travel! You are motivated by talent development, market development, and overall growth. You have experience negotiating and crafting complex deal structures that create win-win solutions for the business. You are driven and passionate, looking forward to become a part of a growing team.

    What competencies will you need?

  • Driver's license group B.
  • University degree (chemical engineer or similar).
  • B2B selling experience in Electroplating, Aluminum (Metallurgy), Metalworking fluids and lubrication and / or related industries.
