As a ServiceNow Administrator (Adv Specialist Service Management) you will be involved in the following tasks :

Areas of responsibilities :

• End-to-End ownership of ITIL process and ServiceNow Products (complexity and number of Products vary).
• Process efficiency analysis.
• Explore and introduce new modules / processes / features.
• Coordinate ServiceNow development activities.
• Product owner / SPOC towards IT for enhancements in responsible service area.
• Communicate and train the stakeholders on the tool and processes.
• Support the maintenance of development and enhancement documentations.
• Drive Continual Service Improvement plans.
• Contribute to the productive efficiency of owned services.
• Participate in ServiceNow Upgrades.
• Advocate ServiceNow platform and standard ITIL processes in IT.
• Manage dashboards.
• Coding, development and solution building.
