Descripción del trabajoWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Oracle HCM / PeopleSoft for an European Institution in Luxembourg. We are looking for a contractor with 7 years of business analysis and a strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM Cloud platforms. EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Luxembourg or willing to relocate to Luxembourg. Work permit is not provided. Candidates need to be fluent in English. Tasks and responsibilities : Lead business analysis within a key segment of the organization; Select and apply appropriate analysis methodologies, plan-driven or adaptive (iterative / agile), based on project needs; Define how technology supports business goals by validating requirements, conducting feasibility studies, creating business models, preparing business cases, and overseeing solution implementation; Influence senior management to embrace process and organizational change; Prepare and maintain use cases and test scenarios aligned with business and system requirements; Support System Integration Testing (SIT) by executing test cases, logging defects, and working with implementors, SMEs, and process owners to validate outcomes; Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : define test scope and data, guide business testers, structure feedback collection, and coordinate with the implementor; Create user stories, test evidence, and datasets within DevOps; support the review of final To-Be processes where applicable; Help consolidate feedback and lessons learned for regression testing and post–go-live planning; Profile : Bachelor or Master degree; 7 years of experience in business analysis; Strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM Cloud platforms; Experience with Performance Management and Compensation modules; Solid understanding of HR processes and change impact analysis; Hands-on experience in coordinating and executing tests in SaaS-based environments; Ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams, Process Owners, and external implementor consultants; Fluent in English;
