We're looking for a Strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join a fast-paced, high-growth fintech startup. This role is critical to aligning and optimizing the systems, processes, and data across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
You'll be the operational backbone of the commercial function, driving efficiency, clarity, and consistency across the revenue funnel. If you thrive in startup environments, have a strong grasp of analytics and GTM tooling, and enjoy solving complex operational challenges, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Build and continuously improve end-to-end revenue processes (lead-to-close, onboarding, retention)
- Own and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation workflows
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and revenue reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS to improve forecasting, pipeline health, and conversion rates
- Ensure data integrity and hygiene across all GTM platforms
- Drive operational alignment and transparency between revenue teams
- Identify bottlenecks in the revenue lifecycle and implement scalable solutions
- Partner with leadership to drive go-to-market strategy and execution
