What You’ll Do

Develop and scale key product features using Python / Django and React .

Lead API integrations with external systems, ensuring smooth data flows and robust performance.

Architect scalable systems with a relentless focus on quality : unit testing, documentation and CI / CD are part of your DNA.

Act as the technical leader in your squad, shaping the roadmap and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering Managers.

What We’re Looking For

A Product Engineering mindset : you care about delivering real value, not just writing code.

Solid experience in building high-performance, complex web applications.

Expertise in backend, frontend or full-stack development – with a current emphasis on Python / Django and React .

Passion for simplicity, efficiency and quality .

Proven ability to mentor and guide others, and bring bold solutions to the table.

Experience working in cross-functional teams (squads of around 7-10 people ).

Familiarity with DevOps principles is a big plus.

Compensation & Work Style

Salary range : €70,000-90,000

Hybrid working : 3 days a week on-site in Barcelona , 2 days remote.
