- Address and resolve customer complaints, objections, or concerns professionally.
- Maintain responsiveness and availability to clients.
Product & Industry Knowledge :
Stay updated on cigar products, origins, blends, and formats.Track market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.Sales Process Management :
Maintain accurate sales records and customer profiles.Use CRM tools to manage interactions and pipelines.Ensure compliance with company policies.Compliance & Regulations :
Follow legal and regulatory requirements for tobacco sales.Verify customer age and adhere to local and international laws.Practice responsible sales, including proper handling and disclosure.Reporting & Performance Analysis :
Track and report sales performance regularly.Analyze buying trends to improve strategies.Collaborate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.Coordinate with inventory for product availability.Participate in sales meetings and suggest process improvements.Seniority level : Entry level
