  • Barcelona Pool House is coming this year — a modernist House with restaurants, a swimming pool, and a Health Club.

The Role… We are seeking a talented People Partner specialized in Recruitment to join the People team at Soho House Barcelona properties. If you have experience in a similar role, knowledge of the hospitality industry, and are comfortable inspiring teams, working under pressure, and continuously improving professionally, this is your opportunity.

Main Duties And Responsibilities…

  • Managing recruitment and hiring for the three Houses in Barcelona, including advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, extending offers, overseeing paperwork and contracts with external labor advisors, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications.
  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs on appropriate platforms.
  • Building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promoting the company's reputation as the “best place to work”.
  • Participating in induction programs and supporting ongoing staff development.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements, maintaining employee files securely.
  • Addressing employee questions, resolving problems, and supporting benefits and safety programs.
  • Assisting in legal and compliance practices related to employment files and safety requirements.
  • Supporting payroll data collection and confidentiality in handling sensitive issues.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Candidate profile…

  • Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, or Tourism.
  • Good knowledge of Hospitality Agreements in Catalonia.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting hospitality profiles.
