Job Title : API Architecture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of API Architecture Specialist for a 12-month contract. This position will involve working with a global customer on a remote opportunity.

• SAP SD expertise : Experience with SAP software is required for this role.
• API Expertise : A deep understanding of REST principles, including verbs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE), status codes, error handling, API versioning, and resource design is essential.
• Authentication and Authorization Protocols : Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT (JSON Web Tokens), and API Keys is necessary for implementing secure APIs.
• Data Format Handling : Familiarity with various data interchange formats like JSON, XML, and CSV is required.
• Integration Knowledge : Experience with event-driven integration architectures, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, and microservices development is desirable.
