Lead Full-Stack Developer (80–100%)

Remote – Based in Spain

We’re hiring a Lead Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of a small but high-performing Platform Squad in a remote-first digital health company. This role combines hands-on technical contributions with leadership responsibilities, helping scale internal tooling that supports cardiology diagnostics across Europe.

What you’ll do :

Lead a cross-functional development team (technical and organizational leadership)

Design and build internal tools with TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL

Guide architectural decisions and ensure high standards in code quality

Mentor junior developers and collaborate across teams

What we’re looking for :

Strong background in full-stack development with leadership experience

Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution

Excellent communication in English

Based in Spain, available to work 80–100% (4 or 5 days / week)
