As a seasoned project leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global data platform forward. This strategic position requires an individual with a strong background in program management, coupled with experience in data-centric projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Program Management for the global data platform and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data-related projects initiated by Head Office
- Ensure alignment with group data strategy and CIO office priorities through close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
- Coordinate with Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to drive standardization and quality across projects while respecting local operational specificities
- Implement structured milestone tracking and reporting mechanisms for senior management
- Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms for platform benefits realization
Strategic Project Leadership
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, defining interdependencies and ensuring timely, consistent, and business-aligned executionDrive collaboration between regional entities and ensure appropriate representation in governance forums and working groupsFacilitate communication between the holding company and subsidiaries, fostering effective relationships with C-level executives across the organizationDelivery Assurance

Minimum 10 years of project / program management experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior Leadership roleDemonstrated success in data-centric projects, with a strong understanding of data governance and cataloging tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation)Experience working within matrix and / or decentralized organizational structures, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProven ability to develop and present executive dashboards and reporting packsExperience within financial services, ideally in brokerage, trading, or investment bankingUnderstanding of regulatory requirements in financial services, with experience managing cross-border, multi-cultural teamsSkills
