About the Opportunity
We are creating a pool of User Research and UX Experts to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States.
The experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and conduct surveys to collect user feedback on existing public services.
- Analyse feedback and behavioural data to inform user journey mapping and redesign.
- Translate user needs into intuitive, accessible digital service models.
- SUPPORT usability testing and inclusive design practices across pilot services.
