Our client is looking for a Product Information Manager to join a global outdoor brand and own the way product data is created, structured, and delivered across all commercial and marketing channels.

You'll work cross-functionally with teams from product, marketing, IT, and e-commerce to ensure that every item (from jackets to climbing gear) tells a consistent, accurate, and compelling story.

What You’ll Do

Product Information Management (PIM)

Coordinate and manage product information in the PIM system (IPIM / Novomind).
Work closely with product, design, marketing, and master data teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Lead onboarding, manage user access, test new releases, and troubleshoot system issues.

Media Asset Management (MAM)

Be the global owner of the MAM system (Celum), overseeing all product-related media assets.

Organize, tag, import, and prepare visual content for external and internal use.

Drive improvements in user experience, structure, and content discoverability.

Content Creation Support

Support teams across e-commerce, marketplaces, and regional partners in generating or adapting product information.

Coordinate agency support and image production when needed.

Product & Season Launch Coordination

Manage timelines and information flow to ensure successful product and seasonal launches across all channels.

Validate all product attributes and ensure rich, consumer-facing content is ready by launch dates.

Ensure sell-in portals for wholesale partners are populated on time.

Conduct market research to identify trends in content expectations.

Create and evolve content guidelines based on evolving user behavior and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves :

2–3+ years of experience in Product Information or Content Management (ideally in e-commerce or consumer-facing systems).

Strong background working with data and asset management systems (PIM, MAM).

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex projects.

Tech-savvy, structured, and detail-obsessed.

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with Celum and IPIM (Novomind).

Familiarity with apparel or outdoor / sports product catalogs.

Knowledge of Adobe tools.

German or French language skills.

Passion for the outdoors and mountain sports.
