Plant Manager

Implements the strategic direction of the company in the operational plant.

Holds end responsibility for the production and customer base of the plant.

As a plant manager, you are responsible for :

• Demonstrating effective leadership : coaching all team members, ensuring equal treatment and fairness, prioritizing well-being, safety, and development of all team members.
• Promoting and applying company guidelines and policies.
• Ensuring the sustainability strategy of Connect Group is always considered in business decisions, using monitored sustainable development goals as a guide.
• Implementing, monitoring, and guiding the sustainability strategy for the entire group, including ethical behavior and risk and opportunity management.
• Ensuring the welfare and safety of all plant employees.
• Leading and inspiring staff, including program managers, to meet internal and external customer needs, prioritizing quality, service, and cost according to the Group's values.
• Ensuring production meets quality requirements, is within budget, and is delivered on time.

The Plant Manager is responsible for :

Ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and policies.

Leads the local management team of the plant.

Manages operational indicators to monitor their evolution, detect deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Supervises projects and actions to achieve planned objectives.

Stimulates productivity and competitiveness through rigorous monitoring of expenses, purchases, stocks, and other areas.

Maintains labor relations, promotes HR plans, and encourages team development through training, coaching, and promotions, ensuring optimal staffing, climate, culture, and team bonding.

Represents the company before various bodies and organizations, promoting the plant's and Connect Group's image.

Aligns all functions to achieve targets related to factory cost levels and company growth through local management and products / services.

Organizational structure :

The Plant Manager reports to the General Manager Europe.
