Job Title :

Client Success Specialist

  • Our team is seeking a highly motivated Client Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in psychology and mental health, with at least 5 years of proven experience in client-facing roles or customer success positions. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Approach customer needs from an operational perspective to positively impact key performance areas of a company.
  • Build long-term B2B relationships with local and international clients and decision makers.
  • Create internal playbooks and customer guides to operationalize best practices and increase scalability.
  • Ensure consistent value delivery to customer expectations, minimizing churn risk and developing growth opportunities.
  • Diagnose and close expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in the current portfolio of customers.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in client-facing roles or customer success positions.
  • A strong interest in psychology and mental health.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong storytelling and communication abilities to effectively convey data-driven insights.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive client success.
  • Demonstrated personal ownership, proactivity, and teamwork.
