Head of IT

Requirements Position Overview :

We seek an IT Director to lead the development and implementation of a robust, streamlined technology stack. This role is pivotal in ensuring our systems support current operations and facilitate seamless integration of future acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Planning and Management : Lead project management office (PMO), manage the definition of functional requirements, oversee application development and integration, and select / manage vendors to ensure project success.
• System Development : Develop and oversee the overall information system, ensuring it meets business needs.
• Data Management : Establish data intake processes, KPIs, reporting structures, and dashboards.
• ERP Transformation : Oversee the transformation and broad deployment of ERP systems.
• Commercial Process : Support SAMY's commercial operations by redeploying, integrating, or developing relevant systems.
• Implement a global, coherent time tracking system.
• Define global project management guidelines and decide on tools.
• Evaluate and deploy suitable HR management systems, considering alternatives to Personio if necessary.

Qualifications :

Extensive experience as an IT Director or in a similar leadership role within a complex, rapidly evolving environment. Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects focusing on integration, automation, and systems optimization. Expertise in ERP systems, preferably including experience with HubSpot and NetSuite. Strong strategic and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and IT vendors. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
