  • Task Management : Handle a wide range of personal and professional tasks assigned by the CEO, including shopping, placing orders, and running errands.
  • Travel Coordination : Arrange travel logistics, such as booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Scheduling & Appointments : Organize appointments for the CEO, including meetings with banks, hospitals, and other service providers.
  • Administrative Duties : Assist with email management, document preparation, and maintaining organized records.
  • Vendor Communication : Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure timely task completion.

Your mission

  • Your profile

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant.
  • Languages : Fluent in Ukrainian, Spanish, and English (both written and spoken).
  • Skills :
  • Out-of-the-Box Thinking : Ability to creatively solve problems and find innovative ways to achieve goals.
  • Goal-Oriented : Strong focus on completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Highly Organized : Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Self-Motivated : Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
