About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Analytics & CRO Specialist ( bilingual english / spanish ) to drive data-informed strategies that boost digital performance and conversion. You’ll manage GA4 configurations, lead A / B testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover and implement optimization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
GA4 Configuration & Data Management
Implement and maintain advanced GA4 setups, ensuring accurate tracking, data cleansing.
Conversion Optimization (CRO)
Design and run A / B and multivariate tests using tools like VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty or similar. Analyze test results to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Insights & Reporting
Create strategic dashboards (Looker Studio) and reports to track KPIs and support data-driven decisions across departments.
Data Analysis & Strategy
Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior to identify friction points and opportunities. Consolidate insights across SEO, ads, CRM, and analytics to inform strategy.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with consulting, sales, and client teams. Translate complex data into clear recommendations and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
Client Engagement
Maintain continuous communication with clients to share insights, test results, and performance improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in digital analytics and CRO (agency / freelance background preferred)
Advanced GA4 configuration and monitoring
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Excel / Google Sheets, Looker Studio
Experience with CRO tools (VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, etc.)
High level of English (C2) and fluent Spanish
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in SaaS, B2B lead generation, or e-commerce
Holistic digital marketing understanding (SEO, Ads, CRM, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot,Salesforce,etc)
Understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, No Code)
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Universal Analytics
Advanced statistical analysis and knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
Exposure to Hotjar, Clarity, or similar tools
Understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, No Code)
