High-Touch Customer Success Manager Role

This role focuses on managing the customer lifecycle, serving as the Voice of the Customer. You will act as the primary contact for the post-sales journey, driving adoption and consumption across products. You will work across Cyber, Cloud, and Network Operations technologies alongside subject matter experts, collaborating with customers to deliver value and maximize their investment in products. You will work closely with CISOs, CTOs, and technical teams within some of the world's largest organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage key accounts and relationships for our largest customers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for multiple product lines supporting the customer journey.
  • Coordinate with clients, end users, C-suite executives, and internal teams across product lines such as Cloud, DevSecOps, Network, and AI security.
  • Lead customer planning, deployment, adoption, reviews, and escalations.
  • Partner with Sales to develop success plans, assess customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure renewals.
  • Collaborate with Post-Sales teams including Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Coordinate customer delivery with engineering and professional services teams.

Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements.
  • Experience in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in at least one of the following areas : Network Security.
  • Bonus : Client-focused program management experience.
  • Bonus : Skilled in customer success software such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Clarizen, Jira.
