One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Manager in European Union .

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the digital roadmap for products used by millions of global users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, measurable goals are established and ensure products are developed to meet the needs of customers. The role involves customer research, market analysis, and managing the product backlog to ensure successful, timely product delivery. You will also be a key player in shaping product strategy, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to create value for both users and the business.

Accountabilities :

• Align product development goals with company OKRs, ensuring that product initiatives contribute to overall business objectives
• Lead customer research and analysis efforts to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, and use insights to build compelling business cases for new products
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams such as marketing and delivery managers to coordinate dependencies and go-to-market strategies
• Track key performance metrics for your products, adjusting strategies based on customer feedback and performance data
• Mentor and train team members in product management best practices and foster a collaborative environment for innovation
