About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our People & Culture team in Madrid. This pivotal role involves attracting and securing top talent to support our sustainable growth across international markets. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic and technical roles (Engineering, Project Development, Commercial, Corporate).Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure optimal hiring decisions.Build proactive talent pipelines and source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms (Bizneo).Promote our employer brand aligned with ABEI Energy’s values and mission.Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance the candidate experience and hiring efficiency.Contribute to strategic People & Culture projects such as onboarding, internal mobility, and other initiatives.Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or international settings.Experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong plus; experience in engineering, industrial, or technology sectors is also valued.Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and collaborate with senior stakeholders.Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish (professional level).Strong sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding skills.Team-oriented, curious, proactive, and hands-on approach.Benefits
