About the Role :

As a Developer at Riluxa, you will be responsible for development and support of a wide range of systems based on the Odoo business application framework, PostgeSQL, GKE
You will design and develop enterprise systems to improve business performance
You will expand the integration of AI in all business processes
You will support development and improvement of our websites
Being part of a fast growing company, You will have to be adaptable, anticipate and respond to change in a rapid and proactive manner

Responsibilities :

Deep involvement in the specification and design of new client systems

Building, Testing and Supporting systems built in the Odoo framework

Custom web application development using JS / HTML / CSS

Integration of AI capabilities in all our business processes

Investigating and resolving issues reported by customers

Contributing to the continual improvement of Riluxa's development practises

Helping with technical and product strategy

Requirements

Web-based Software Development (2 to 10 years ideally)

Python Experience (2+ years ideally)

Front-end (JavaScript) development + HTML / CSS

Proven experience of designing Customer-ready UIs

PostgreSQL Database Design

Linux System Administration

Dev Ops, Cloud Tech & Infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, AWS)

Automated Testing & CI / CD Experience beneficial

Experience with Odoo ERP development
