YOUR MISSION :

• Directly responsible for achieving store objectives (sales and KPIs).
• Ensure customer service within the store aligns with the brand values and PUMA's service standards.
• Responsible for team selection, management, and training.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Hold team briefings.
• Analyze customer data, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
• Manage Loss Prevention and ensure compliance within the store.
• Manage inventory.
• Participate in new store openings and attend required training, which may involve travel.
• Maintain visual standards according to PUMA's guidelines.
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment for staff.
• Adhere to all Policies and Procedures.
