Our recent acquisition is our first step to diversify our business and we have now a team of 120 talented individuals primarily based in Spain and France. We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of People and Culture to support our business objectives.

About the position

As the VP of People and Culture, you’ll play a key role in shaping a unified global team, especially now as we move forward with our recent acquisition. You’ll be at the heart of our cultural transformation, creating an environment where everyone can succeed. This role also involves acting as a trusted coach and mentor to all levels of the organisation, bringing your global experience and passion for excellence.

Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a dedicated team of five, we're looking for someone bold, inspiring, and driven, who places people at the centre of every decision. If you have a strong background in leading culture change programs and are ready to make a big impact, we’d love to have you on our team. The role will be located in Barcelona.
