We’re looking for a dynamic NewBusiness Development Manager to focus on the German market , promoting our innovative technology solutions and services. In this exciting and autonomous role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market share with solutions that create a meaningful, lasting impact.

Decos has multiple units and locations, each specializing in different areas. In this role you would be flexible to work on products like ZiuZ Forensics, Fixi and External Services.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

A commercially driven professional who is fully committed to further increasing our market share in Germany. With our diverse product portfolio, we already serve a number of satisfied customers in Germany. We are convinced that our solutions can offer even more value to new customers in the German market and beyond. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can expand our market share and introduce our innovative solutions to new target audiences.

You will ensure that our existing products become even more successful in Germany and introduce our solutions to new segments. You will research how different markets function and maintain a curious mindset, wanting to learn everything about our solutions and the industries we operate in. You identify opportunities and translate them into concrete actions. Additionally, you are not afraid to establish contact and build new relationships.

You will conduct market research to find leads and visit (digitally) prospects with the aim of closing deals. You recognize commercial opportunities, come up with ideas, and know how to make them practical. You are skilled at analyzing customer challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.

Skills And requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial field.
  • Analytical skills to research various markets.
  • Experience in IT Services / Software Product Selling (Application Development, IT Operations, Cloud etc)
  • Experience in new business development and energized by building new relationships.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to ask the right questions and tell great stories and have empathy with the client’s challenges.
  • Go getter attitude
  • Living in Spain and in possession of a NIE number
  • Willing to travel within Europe if necessary

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential customers based on the client persona.
  • Drafting creative emails based on the profile of the potential customers and their business needs
  • Calling potential customers to understand their pain points, to explain them about Decos and seeking their time for a discovery call
  • Proactively finding potential clients and work towards converting them into new clients.
  • Efficiently maintaining all the data in a CRM (HubSpot) and / or spreadsheet.
  • Promoting Decos on various digital channels (like LinkedIn, Clutch, Medium etc.) to generate leads
  • Gain insights into potential client’s most urgent business problems or business opportunities while mapping how our solutions and services offerings can add business value to them has context
