This pivotal role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of our Spanish office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance or operations within boutique financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage operational and compliance functions for the Spanish office.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory reporting, including communication with the relevant authorities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain company registrations and manage documentation processes.
- Conduct background checks and support onboarding procedures.
- Regularly report to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience in compliance, operations, or fund administration.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements.Experience working in a regulated financial services environment, preferably in a boutique or entrepreneurial setting.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.University degree required (minimum 2 : 1 or equivalent).Benefits :
