Job Description :

You will be involved in the following tasks :

  • Assist in managing High-Risk investor escalations by conducting compliance AML CTF risk assessments and supporting the approval process.
  • Assist in monitoring Regulatory Watch developments and maintaining the register.
  • Collect figures / statistics to support the Compliance Manager in preparing reports for the Board of Managers and CSSF.
  • Assist in reviewing AML related correspondence, identifying deviations, and ensuring alignment with policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the annual review of Compliance deliverables, including AML risk assessments and related activities.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate with authorities and maintain relevant registers.
  • Review and implement policies and processes.
  • Support periodic compliance controls across key areas such as AML CFT, GDPR, HR, and fund services.
  • Contribute to developing a Compliance and anti-financial crimes framework.
  • Assist in training delivery.
  • Advise operational teams on compliance matters, especially AML CFT and governance.

Your Profile :

  • University Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, International Relations, Management, or Business Administration. A Master’s is a plus.
  • 0-2 years’ experience in Compliance or AML roles within financial services, auditing, banking, or consultancy supporting financial providers.
  • Understanding of KYC, EU Compliance, and AML regulations; financial crimes knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, reporting, and communication skills. Rigorous and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
