We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on regional products, developing and delivering technical training, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Main Responsibilities :

Provide technical debugging guidance for regional products;
Develop and deliver technical training programs;
Maintain and upgrade systems, including inverters, data collectors, and management systems;
Draft and review technical agreements and provide project technical information;
Participate in product development and iteration processes;
Analyze market intelligence and provide insights for product planning and development;
Support customer inquiries and provide technical assistance;

Requirements :

Strong technical expertise in photovoltaic inverters and related systems;

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;

Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
