Inside Sales Representative Barcelona

As an Inside Sales Representative at Monday, your primary mission will be to identify and generate new business opportunities through active market prospecting. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, working to fill the sales pipeline and ensuring Monday remains the top choice for companies and professionals seeking flexible workspaces.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles or in commercial prospecting.
• Results-oriented and accustomed to working with call and lead-generation targets.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM and customer management tools (e.g., Pipedrive or similar).
• Proactive and capable of handling high volumes of daily calls (cold calling).
• Strong results focus, accustomed to working towards sales objectives and KPIs.
• Proficiency in languages : Catalan, Spanish, and English.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields is a plus.
