The Brand Experience & Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing a dynamic calendar of in-store events and activations, while promoting the brand through effective public relations strategies.
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has a strong understanding of creative communities, and is passionate about shaping meaningful brand experiences. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a deep passion for community building and cultural connection.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Cultural Studies, or related field.
Location : Madrid / Hybrid with availability for travel in our HQ (Alicante)
Experience : 2+ years of experience in community engagement, event production, cultural programming, or public relations - preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and narrative creation.
Digital fluency : Comfortable with social media, influencer outreach, and digital tools to amplify community efforts.
Passion for culture, creativity, and connecting with communities that shape the future of fashion and lifestyle.
KPI-oriented mindset with experience in measuring event impact and optimizing based on data.
We are international! A proficency level of Spanish & English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
