Your mission
- Sales Strategy Development : Craft and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to acquiring new customers and expanding 1NCEs market share in your designated region
- Forecasting and Planning : Develop accurate forecast models and devise clear actionable plans to ensure successful of sales strategies
- International Team Collaboration : Work closely with the international team to achieve regional targets ensuring a cohesive approach and unified vision
- CustomerCentric Approach : Maintain a customerobsessed mindset constantly striving to uphold 1NCEs reputation as the bestinclass IoT connectivity provider
- CrossFunctional Teamwork : Collaborate with the broader Sales Partner and Alliances Teams to forge and sustain relationships with new and existing partners enhancing our network and reach
- Building Strong Relationships : Establish and nurture robust longlasting relationships with customers and partners. Your focus will be on fostering trust and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
Your skills
Extensive Industry Experience : A minimum of 5 years in consultative or direct sales within the IoT market. Having a robust network of contacts in this field is highly beneficialProven Sales Track Record : Showcase a proven track record in sales particularly in enterprise level customer acquisition.Telecommunications Expertise : A deep interest in the telecommunications sector backed by successful experiences in the industryIoT Solutions Expertise : A profound understanding of IoT Solutions including indepth knowledge of various IoT verticals and relevant client profilesLeadership Team Collaboration : An eagerness to work alongside an experienced and motivated leadership team committed to creating a highgrowth company in a short timeframeProven Sales Track Record : Demonstrated success in sales particularly in customer acquisition showcasing your ability to expand the customer base effectivelyRelationship Building Skills : Aptitude for developing relationships with industry partners and the ability to educate them about 1NCEs offeringsLanguage Proficiency : Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantageCommunication and Teamwork : Exceptional communication skills combined with an openminded and committed approach to teamworkAutonomy and Travel Readiness : The ability to work independently with a focus on set targets and a willingness to travel frequently as part of the roleYour tools
