Stand out with us at our prestigious company in the tourism sector as a Team Manager for the French market. We are seeking a skilled professional with native French proficiency, advanced English skills, and proven customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Performance Monitoring : Evaluate agent interactions to ensure compliance with key performance indicators, providing guidance to enhance performance.
Analysis and Feedback : Analyze campaign data and results to provide constructive feedback, helping agents achieve their goals.
Support and Problem Solving : Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues, offering technical support to remote staff as needed.
Report Management : Prepare and maintain performance reports, ensuring continuous and effective monitoring.
Issue Resolution : Proactively resolve customer requests to improve satisfaction levels.
Effective Communication : Promote proper information exchange between agents and customers to optimize services.
What We Offer :
Contract Type : 6-month temporary contract with strong possibilities of continuity.
Weekly Schedule : 39 hours spread across the week.
Comprehensive Training : Participate in an intensive course from May 30 to June 13, Monday to Thursday from 9 : 00 to 18 : 00, and Fridays from 9 : 00 to 16 : 00.
Work Hours : Monday to Sunday, 9 : 00 to 18 : 00, working 5 days a week with 2 weekends off per month.
Attractive Salary : €21,000 per year.
Onsite Position : Location at our offices in Lehmberg Ruiz 21, Distrito Centro, Málaga.
Requirements :
Language Proficiency : Native or bilingual French and advanced English skills (B2).
Experience : Proven track record in customer service and team leadership.
Leadership Skills : Ability to guide the team through clear and effective communication.
START DATE : June 30, 2025
