Key Responsibilities :
Machine Learning Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for customer segmentation, next best product recommendation systems, high-resolution demand forecasting, warehouse route optimization, computer vision applications, and AI agent development.Collaboration and Communication : Work with cross-functional teams, including product, data engineering, and domain experts, to drive project success and ensure effective communication of complex models and insights to non-technical stakeholders.Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing : Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to establishing best practices in modeling and experimentation.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 4-7 years of experience in applied machine learning and statistical modeling, with a proven track record in retail-focused data science projects.Technical Skills : Strong hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch), ML Ops practices and frameworks, SQL and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).Additional Requirements : Familiarity with CV techniques like object detection, pose estimation, or image classification; knowledge of reinforcement learning or generative AI methods is desirable.Benefits :
