Louis Vuitton Spain is looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Assistant at the Head Office, supporting the Retail Performance Management & Logistics Department for the Mediterranean Zone (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Israel). The successful candidate will collaborate with the Retail Performance Management team in daily operations and supply chain management for the Mediterranean region.

Job Responsibilities

Louis Vuitton Spain offers a 1-year “Contrato de Practicas” in our Madrid Head Office, supporting the Retail Performance Management & Logistics Department for the Mediterranean Zone. The candidate will work with the Retail Performance Management team on daily operations and supply chain management for the region.

  • Participating in conference calls regarding product launches, production shortages, and delivery planning
  • Supervising transportation of goods from warehouse to stores
  • Analyzing transportation costs in detail
  • Processing transportation invoices in SAP in collaboration with Finance & Controlling teams
  • Collaborating with suppliers effectively
  • Following up on customs clearance in Morocco
  • Conducting weekly stock discrepancy analyses through inventories and internal Louis Vuitton software (RMS)
  • Participating in store inventories in Madrid
  • Engaging in other logistics projects for the Mediterranean region
  • Monitoring reverse LT in Morocco, Turkey, and Israel

Candidate Profile

What we expect from you :

  • Self-motivated and autonomous with good organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Flexible in handling unexpected situations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with figures
  • Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is highly valued
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Degree from a Business School, Engineering, or Logistics program
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics or similar roles
  • Note : Candidates must be able to formalize a “contrato de practicas” under Spanish labor law (must have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the past 3 years).
